Free QR Code Tent Card Maker

Paste the link the code should open — your Pixeva event gallery, a wedding website, or an RSVP form.

Add a short line of instruction ("Scan to share your photos") and your names or event title.

Export the PDF. It is laid out as a foldable tent card for standard card stock.

One card per table, near the centre, is enough. Two on a long banquet table.

Also put one at the entrance and one by the bar — the two spots where people stand around with their phones out.

Keep the instruction to four or five words. People scan when it is obvious what they get.

If the code opens a Pixeva gallery, guests can upload their own photos from the table and later find pictures of themselves with a selfie — no app, no account.

You can also print the same code on place cards so every guest has one in front of them.

Keep the code at least 2 cm (about 0.8 inch) wide and print it dark on a light background. A code with low contrast, or one printed on a glossy or patterned surface, is the usual reason a scan fails.

Always test the printed card with two different phones before you print the whole batch, from about the distance a guest will be sitting.

Long links make a denser code. The generator picks the error-correction level for you: a short link gets the high level so a scuffed corner still scans, and a long link gets medium so the dots stay big enough to read.

The code holds your link directly. There is no redirect through our servers and no subscription behind it, so the card keeps working for as long as the link itself does.

The trade-off is that the destination cannot be changed after you print. Point it at a link you control, such as your event gallery or your wedding site, and check that it opens before you print. This code also does not count scans.

For photos, link to your event gallery so guests can add their own pictures and later find themselves with a selfie.

For other events, an RSVP form, a menu, a playlist or a wedding website all work. There are card styles for weddings, birthdays and other events, so you can match the look to the day.

The same card works as a table tent for a restaurant, cafe or bar. Choose "Menu, Review or Other", type a title such as "Scan to see our menu", and paste the address of your online menu.

A Google review link is another common use. Paste your review link, set the card title to something like "Loved your visit? Leave us a review", and print one card per table.

Because the code holds the address directly, you can print a batch once and it keeps working for as long as that page does.
