Powered by Pixeva AIA QR code tent card is a folded table card with a scannable code. Guests scan it to open a link — most often a photo gallery they can upload to and search. This generator makes print-ready tent cards for free.
It is the standard way to onboard guests at weddings and receptions without printing a long URL that nobody types correctly.
Paste the link the code should open — your Pixeva event gallery, a wedding website, or an RSVP form.
Add a short line of instruction ("Scan to share your photos") and your names or event title.
Export the PDF. It is laid out as a foldable tent card for standard card stock.
One card per table, near the centre, is enough. Two on a long banquet table.
Also put one at the entrance and one by the bar — the two spots where people stand around with their phones out.
Keep the instruction to four or five words. People scan when it is obvious what they get.
If the code opens a Pixeva gallery, guests can upload their own photos from the table and later find pictures of themselves with a selfie — no app, no account.
You can also print the same code on place cards so every guest has one in front of them.
