Pixeva provides an AI-powered photo recognition platform that enables: - Event organizers to upload and manage event photos - Automatic facial recognition and indexing of photos - Guests to find photos of themselves using selfie search - Photo sharing and downloading capabilities We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

**Account Creation:** - You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials - You must be at least 18 years old to create an account - One person or entity may not maintain more than one account **Account Responsibilities:** - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account - You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

**Your Content:** - You retain ownership of photos and content you upload - By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service - You represent that you have the right to upload all content **Our Content:** - The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Pixeva - Our trademarks, logos, and brand features may not be used without permission - The AI models and algorithms powering our facial recognition are proprietary **Feedback:** Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. **Facial Recognition:** - Our AI processes photos to detect and index faces - Face data is encrypted and stored securely - Face data is deleted when you delete your event or account - Guest selfies are processed and immediately deleted **Data Security:** We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge this inherent risk.

**Subscription Plans:** - We offer various subscription tiers with different features and limits - Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis - Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice **Payment Terms:** - All payments are processed securely through Stripe - You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees - Failed payments may result in service suspension **Refunds:** - We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions - Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused features - Contact support@pixeva.co for refund requests **Cancellation:** - You may cancel your subscription at any time - Access continues until the end of your billing period - No refunds for the remaining period after cancellation

**By You:** - You may terminate your account at any time through account settings - Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy **By Us:** - We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms - We may terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods - We may terminate the Service entirely with reasonable notice **Effect of Termination:** - Your right to use the Service ceases immediately - Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

**Governing Law:** These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. **Arbitration:** Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. **Class Action Waiver:** You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions. **Time Limit:** Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
