PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into as of September 14, 2026 between:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SERVICES & DELIVERABLES

The Photographer agrees to provide photography services for the event described herein (the "[PACKAGE NAME]" package). Services will be rendered on [EVENT DATE] at [VENUE]. The exact deliverables, hours of coverage, and any additional services are as outlined in the proposal or booking confirmation provided separately. All deliverables will be completed and delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at booking.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

The total fee for services is [TOTAL PRICE]. A non-refundable deposit of [DEPOSIT AMOUNT] is required to secure the booking and is due by [DEPOSIT DUE DATE]. The remaining balance of [TOTAL PRICE] less the deposit is due no later than [BALANCE DUE DATE]. Accepted payment methods: [PAYMENT METHODS]. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week after the due date.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Client cancels this agreement, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event, no additional fees will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the Client is responsible for 50% of the remaining balance. Cancellation must be made in writing via email.

4. RESCHEDULING POLICY

The Client may reschedule the event date once at no additional charge, subject to the Photographer's availability, provided at least 60 days' written notice is given. Rescheduling within 60 days of the original event date may incur an additional fee. The deposit will transfer to the rescheduled date.

5. IMAGE RIGHTS & LICENSING

The Photographer retains the copyright to all images produced under this agreement. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and educational purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

6. SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE

The Photographer may share selected images on social media, websites, and marketing materials. If the Client prefers images not be shared publicly, they must notify the Photographer in writing prior to the event. The Photographer will respect any reasonable privacy requests.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, accidents, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule or reach a fair resolution.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Photographer's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. The Photographer is not liable for equipment failure, data loss, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages. The Client is advised to have event insurance for additional coverage.

10. TRAVEL & EXPENSES

Travel within 50 km of the Photographer's base location is included at no charge. Travel beyond this distance will be billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate, plus any accommodation and parking costs. These expenses will be agreed upon in advance and itemized on the final invoice.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY]. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of [STATE/COUNTRY] before resorting to litigation.
