1. Subscriptions (Pro and Business)

- If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full - This applies to your first payment on a plan. Renewal charges are not refunded, so cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to continue - Refunding a subscription ends it and moves your account to the Free plan

2. Event Passes and pay-as-you-go passes

- Ask within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the pass in full, provided it has not been used for an event - A pass counts as used once it has been applied to an event or you have uploaded photos with it - Our team reviews each request and replies with a decision. A refunded pass is removed from your account - If you were charged twice, or the pass did not appear in your account, tell us straight away. That is never held against you

3. AI credits

- AI credit packs are not refundable - If an AI processing job fails, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask

4. Cancelling

- You can cancel any time from Dashboard > Billing - You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again - Cancelling stops future renewals. A refund is a separate step, covered above

5. How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@pixeva.co from the address on your account 2. Tell us the date and amount of the purchase, and which item it was 3. We reply with a decision within 3 business days Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and cover the full amount you paid, including any tax shown on your receipt. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It is quicker for you, and we will always look at your request.

6. Who processes your payment

Your payment is taken by a third-party payment provider, which is named at checkout and on your receipt. We currently use Stripe, and we may also use Paddle.com ("Paddle") as our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Where Paddle is the seller of record, it takes your payment, issues your invoice or receipt, and collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT and GST. Refunds are issued through the provider that took your payment. If you bought through Paddle you can also contact Paddle directly at https://www.paddle.net about a charge on your statement.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have by law as a consumer, including any right to cancel a purchase within a set period. Where those rights apply, they apply in addition to this policy. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) explain how they work for purchases made through Paddle.
