- How do the Pay-As-You-Go passes and Event Pass work?
- Pay-As-You-Go passes scale with the size of your event, from about $9 for 250 photos up to $34 for 5,000. The $49 Event Pass covers 10,000 photos and adds the Live Interactive Wall. Every option is a one-time purchase with lifetime gallery access, no subscription, and no auto-renewal.
- Do passes or galleries expire?
- No. One-time passes include lifetime access. Your photos, videos, and selfie search stay hosted so you and your guests can view and download high-resolution exports at any time.
- What is included in the free tier?
- The free tier covers smaller events and includes AI face recognition selfie search and QR sharing. Paid passes raise the photo and video limits, unlock the Live Interactive Wall, and add priority processing.
- What if my event has more than 10,000 photos?
- Add more capacity to any event anytime after you create it — 20,000 photos for $79, up to 50,000 for $169, each a one-time purchase with the same lifetime gallery access. You can stack multiple passes on one event, so a huge multi-day wedding or festival is never capped.
- When would I choose a subscription instead of a pass?
- Subscriptions (Pro and Business) suit photographers and studios running many events a year, with recurring workflow features like camera FTP, Dropbox and Drive import, and higher monthly limits. For a single wedding or party, a one-time pass is usually the better fit.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider and accept major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Prices are listed in US dollars; local currency and taxes such as GST or VAT, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. One-time passes are charged once; subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment, and unused Event Passes within 7 days of purchase. AI credit packs are not refundable, but credits from a failed AI job are returned automatically. Email support@pixeva.co to ask; the full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
- Is Pixeva Passport included, or an extra cost?
- Pixeva Passport is included free on every plan and pass, with no extra cost to you or your guests. Guests sign in once, save the photos a selfie search matches them to, and see every event they’ve saved from in one place — so they keep coming back for your next event too.
