- Pay-As-You-Go passes scale with the size of your event, from about $9 for 250 photos up to $34 for 5,000. The $49 Event Pass covers 10,000 photos and adds the Live Interactive Wall. Every option is a one-time purchase with lifetime gallery access, no subscription, and no auto-renewal.
- Do passes or galleries expire?
- No. One-time passes include lifetime access. Your photos, videos, and selfie search stay hosted so you and your guests can view and download high-resolution exports at any time.
- What is included in the free tier?
- The free tier covers smaller events and includes AI face recognition selfie search and QR sharing. Paid passes raise the photo and video limits, unlock the Live Interactive Wall, and add priority processing.
- When would I choose a subscription instead of a pass?
- Subscriptions (Pro and Business) suit photographers and studios running many events a year, with recurring workflow features like camera FTP, Dropbox and Drive import, and higher monthly limits. For a single wedding or party, a one-time pass is usually the better fit.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe and accept major credit and debit cards. One-time passes are charged once; subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled.
