How It Works
Enable collaborative mode on any event and Pixeva generates a unique contributor invite code — separate from your guest code. Share it with your second shooters and they can join the event instantly.
Every photo they upload goes into the same shared gallery, gets AI-processed, and gets face-indexed alongside yours. Guests search once with a selfie and find their photos from every photographer at the event — not just one.
Auto-Approve or Stay in Control
By default, contributors are approved the moment they enter the code — no waiting for you to check your phone mid-shoot.
If you prefer to vet your team before they can upload, flip on manual approval mode. Pending contributors wait in a queue until you approve them from your dashboard.
Per-Photographer Stats
The contributor dashboard shows exactly how many photos each photographer has uploaded, when they last uploaded, and their status. No more guessing who submitted what.
Remove, Block, or Clean Up
If someone uploads the wrong event's photos, you can remove them and optionally delete all their uploads in one click. Faces are removed from Rekognition, files are deleted from S3, and the event photo count is corrected — all automatically.
GDPR-Compliant by Default
Every contributor joins with explicit data processing consent recorded. They can request full deletion of their photos, face data, and consent records at any time via a single API call — no manual cleanup required.
