How long are galleries and photos stored?

Galleries on paid passes include lifetime access. Photos, videos, and selfie search stay hosted so you and your guests can return for high-resolution downloads at any time.

Organisers can also delete a gallery and its data early if they prefer.

There is no expiry window to diarise. If you do want a gallery to come down on a schedule — common for corporate work with a retention policy — that can be set per event rather than relying on someone remembering to delete it.
