You will help Pixeva reach the wedding photographers and event planners who need us, by running small, measurable experiments across content, social and community. This is a hands-on role: by your second week you will have published something, and by the end you will have a portfolio of work with real numbers next to it.

About Pixeva

Pixeva is an AI event photo platform. A photographer or planner uploads the photos from a wedding, trip or party. Every guest takes one selfie and instantly sees every photo they appear in. No app, no scrolling through 2,000 pictures, no group chat asking who has the good ones.

We launched in January 2026 and we are early. Photographers upload straight from their cameras over FTP, show photos live on an event wall, import from Google Drive and Dropbox, and hand guests a QR code that opens their personal gallery in under two seconds. Alongside the product we run a growing library of free tools (place cards, scavenger hunts, QR tent cards, an in-browser image converter, resizer and cropper) and a blog read by photographers and couples.

The marketing job here is unusual: you are selling to people who are creative, sceptical of hype, and extremely busy during wedding season. What works is being useful before asking for anything. That is the muscle we want to build with you.

What you will do

  • Turn Pixeva features and customer stories into short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts, then track what actually gets saved, shared and clicked.
  • Find and warm up wedding photographers, planners and event studios on Instagram, LinkedIn and community groups, and help the founder start real conversations (no spam, no copy-paste DMs).
  • Support our blog and SEO work: keyword research, outlines, on-page checks, internal links, and refreshing older posts using Search Console data.
  • Help launch and promote our free tools (QR tent cards, place cards, scavenger hunt, image utilities) in the communities where they are useful.
  • Build and maintain a simple outreach tracker, a weekly experiment log, and a clean dashboard of what is working.
  • Draft email and WhatsApp copy for onboarding and re-engagement, and A/B test subject lines and hooks.
  • Listen: read support messages and feedback, and bring back the exact words customers use so our marketing sounds like them.

What you will have shipped

  • Week 1 to 2: a content calendar, your first 10 posts live, and a list of 100 well-qualified photographers and planners to learn from.
  • Week 3 to 6: two measured growth experiments (for example a creator collaboration and a free-tool launch), each with a write-up of what happened and what you would do next.
  • Week 7 to 12: one channel you own end to end, with a repeatable weekly routine and a results page you can show future employers.

You are a great fit if

  • You are curious about how products find their first customers, and you enjoy the detective work of figuring out why something worked.
  • You write clearly and have good taste: you can tell a hook from filler, and you have opinions about what makes a post worth stopping for.
  • You have grown something from nothing, even tiny: a college page, a blog, a YouTube channel, a side project, a club event.
  • You are comfortable with spreadsheets, and you can read a basic analytics report without panicking.
  • You use AI tools daily and check their output before it goes out.
  • You can commit 15+ hours a week for at least three months and communicate clearly when you are stuck.

Nice to have, not required

  • Photography, wedding, events or design interest. You do not need to be a photographer, but you should enjoy the world we sell into.
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere) or design (Canva, Figma).
  • Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali or other regional language skills; many of our users are in India and Bangladesh.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite or an email tool.

What you get

  • A paid internship with a real scope, not coffee-run work.
  • Weekly one-to-one time with the founder: feedback on your work, and a look at how decisions get made.
  • A portfolio of live, measurable work and a written recommendation if you do well.
  • A clear path to a full-time marketing role at Pixeva for strong performers as we grow.
  • Flexible hours around your classes, as long as the weekly commitments are met.

How we hire

  1. 1
    Apply
Fill in the form below. Take your time on the written answers; they are what we read first.
  2. 2
    Review within 5 working days
A real person reads every application. If it is a fit we will email you; if not, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
  3. 3
Intro call (20 to 30 min)
A relaxed conversation about your work, what you want to learn, and what the role looks like day to day.
  4. 4
    Small practical task
A short exercise on a real Pixeva problem. It is a way to see how you think, and we never use it as free work.
  5. 5
    Founder chat and decision
You meet the founder, ask us anything, and we decide quickly after.

Pixeva is an equal opportunity workplace. We hire for skill, curiosity and character, regardless of gender, background, age, religion, disability or where you went to school.

Apply for this role

Takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The written answers matter most, so write like you talk.

PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 5 MB. Not required if you add a LinkedIn or portfolio link above.

A few questions

In your own words. We would rather read two honest sentences than a polished paragraph.

Be specific: where you would look, what you would say first, and how you would know it worked.

An Instagram page, a blog, a channel, a college event, a side project. Include numbers and what you personally did.

For example Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, ChatGPT or Claude, Notion.
