Marketing & Growth
Digital Marketing Executive (Growth)
Own a growth channel end to end at an early-stage AI product, and see your work move revenue.
We are hiring two marketers who can take a channel from idea to repeatable engine. Pixeva already has a product people love, a blog, a library of free tools and early organic traffic. What we need now is people who can turn attention into signed-up photographers and paid events, measure it honestly, and keep improving it. You will have real budget authority over your experiments and direct access to the founder.
About Pixeva
Pixeva is an AI event photo platform. A photographer or planner uploads the photos from a wedding, trip or party. Every guest takes one selfie and instantly sees every photo they appear in. No app, no scrolling through 2,000 pictures, no group chat asking who has the good ones.
We launched in January 2026 and we are early. Photographers upload straight from their cameras over FTP, show photos live on an event wall, import from Google Drive and Dropbox, and hand guests a QR code that opens their personal gallery in under two seconds. Alongside the product we run a growing library of free tools (place cards, scavenger hunts, QR tent cards, an in-browser image converter, resizer and cropper) and a blog read by photographers and couples.
The marketing job here is unusual: you are selling to people who are creative, sceptical of hype, and extremely busy during wedding season. What works is being useful before asking for anything. That is the muscle we want to build with you.
Where you will make the difference
- Organic growth: own our SEO and content engine. Plan topic clusters around weddings, travel and events, publish and refresh posts, win featured snippets and make the free tools rank and convert.
- Conversion: turn visitors of our blog and free tools into free-trial signups, and signups into paid Event Passes and Pro plans. Instrument funnels, find the leaks, run the tests.
- Paid and social: plan and run small, disciplined paid tests (Meta, Google, YouTube) and organic Instagram and Reels, with clear cost-per-signup and payback targets. We scale only what pays back.
- Lifecycle: design onboarding, activation and re-engagement flows across email and WhatsApp, so a photographer who uploads one event comes back for the next.
- Partnerships and community: build relationships with photography communities, wedding planners, creators and associations. Referral and affiliate programmes are on the table.
- Measurement: set up and maintain tracking (GA4, Search Console, UTM discipline, attribution notes) and publish a short weekly growth report that anyone on the team can read.
- Positioning: work with the founder on messaging, pricing-page copy and comparison pages so we say the right thing to the right audience in each market.
What success looks like
- First 30 days: you know our customers, funnel and numbers better than we do. You have audited what exists, fixed the quick wins and published your 90-day plan.
- First 60 days: two to three experiments shipped and read out, with a clear view of which channel deserves more investment.
- First 90 days: one channel running weekly on a repeatable playbook, with a measurable lift in qualified signups.
- Beyond: you grow into the owner of that channel, and as the team grows, into leading it.
You are a great fit if
- 2 to 3 years running digital marketing for a product, SaaS, app or consumer brand, with results you can show and explain.
- You have personally run at least two channels end to end (for example SEO and Meta ads, or email and content) and can describe the numbers before and after.
- You think in funnels and can say what a signup costs, what it is worth and how you know.
- You write clearly in English, and can brief or edit writers and designers.
- You are fluent with AI in your daily workflow (research, drafts, analysis, creative) and strict about checking the output.
- You enjoy ambiguity. There is no playbook on the shelf here; you build it, and you are comfortable being wrong fast.
Strong plus
- Experience marketing to creative professionals, photographers, weddings or events.
- Hands-on SEO tooling (Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush) and technical basics such as schema, internal linking and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with Indian and South Asian markets, and with WhatsApp as a channel.
- Comfort with light automation (Zapier, Make, Apps Script) and spreadsheets or SQL for your own reporting.
- Video or Reels production skills.
What we offer
- Two openings, each with real ownership and a seat at the table from day one.
- Direct work with the founder and a short path from idea to live.
- A modest, flexible test budget you control, with clear guardrails.
- Remote-first working with flexible hours and honest, async communication.
- Room to grow into a senior or lead role as Pixeva grows.
- Access to every AI tool you need to do your best work.
